This cotton saree holds the artform of handblock kalamkari block print with vegetable dye. The base is maroon and carries a floral and leaf motif of pale pink, yellow and green colours. The border of the saree is narrow and known as the 'inchi paar'  implying it is almost an inch and carries a leaf motif. The palla of the saree has a different motif consisting of different set of flowers and butterflies. The saree comes with a pale pink blouse piece macting the colour of the flowers in the body of the saree.  The blouse of this saree, when stiched, can be worn with a number of other sarees. 
 
The saree is soft, easy to drape, lightweight and has a blouse piece. The saree is ready to wear, fully finished with fall and pico. 
 
Please note that this is a handloom saree and there will be slight imperfections in print, colour and weave.
